The songs in our library are in the public domain, and our arrangements and guide recordings are licensed to you to sing and share (see the terms). A harmony you share must be your own singing.",

                "text": "Every shared page has a **Report** button, and you don't need an account to use it. Choose \"Copyright\" and tell us briefly why. Reports from several people hide a page until we have looked at it.",

                "text": "If your harmony was taken down and you believe that was a mistake (for example, it's your own singing of a public domain song), you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with:",

                "text": "1. your physical or electronic signature; 2. the link to the harmony that was taken down; 3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; 4. your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which Stackapella may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.",

                "text": "An account whose shared harmonies are taken down for copyright three times may lose sharing, or be closed. Each takedown is recorded, and we look at the account before acting.",
