"**You're independent.** You coach as yourself, set your own prices and turnaround, and choose what you sell. Stackapella hosts the tools and handles the payments.",
"**Getting paid.** Singers pay Stackapella through Stripe. Stackapella keeps a commission of [15]% of each sale and sends you the rest through your Stripe Express account: - a take review: once you've delivered it; - monthly coaching: each month, as the singer's payment comes in; - an exercise pack: at the moment it's bought.",
"**Refunds.** A singer gets a full refund if you decline a review, don't answer within 48 hours, or miss your turnaround. Stackapella may refund in full or in part after looking into a reported problem; any of your share already paid for it comes back from your account.",
"**18 and over.** You must be 18 or over, and so must every singer you coach in the app.",
"**Respect the singer's work.** You see only what a singer sends you, and only for coaching them. Your access ends 90 days after an engagement ends. Don't download, share or reuse their recordings.",
"**Payments stay in the app.** Don't ask singers to pay you another way for anything they found through Stackapella. Messages that do are flagged.",
"**You're a coach, not a doctor.** Don't diagnose or treat. If something hurts, tell the singer to stop and see a professional.",
"**Reviews of your work are honest.** Singers rate finished coaching. You may reply once, publicly. We remove only ratings that break the community guidelines.",
"**We can pause or end it.** Stackapella may pause or suspend your coaching for a breach of this agreement or of the community guidelines. Suspending refunds your open, undelivered reviews."

"text": "You must be 18 or over, have an approved application, and keep a Stripe Express account in good standing. Stripe checks your identity; Stackapella does not run background checks, and your profile says so.",

"text": "Take reviews (a price per take up to a length, and a turnaround of 2 to 7 days), monthly coaching (a number of reviews a month and messages; unused reviews don't roll over), and exercise packs (reviewed by Stackapella before they're sold). Live lessons come later, through Event Schedule.",

"text": "3. Prices, commission and payouts",

"text": "Prices are set by you in US dollars, euros or pounds, from 5.00. Stackapella's commission is [15]% of each sale. Your share is paid through Stripe as set out in the short version. Stripe's own fees and payout timing apply. You are responsible for your own taxes; Stripe provides tax forms where needed.",

"text": "As in the short version. A card dispute (a chargeback) is handled under Stripe's rules; if it's lost, your share for that sale comes back from your account.",

"text": "5. Singers' recordings and data",

"text": "What a singer sends you (their recording, its pitch track, scores and their question) is theirs. You may use it only to coach them, in the app. You may not keep copies, share them or use them for anything else. Your access ends 90 days after the engagement ends.",

"text": "You give Stackapella permission to show your profile, prices, ratings and replies, and any sample feedback a singer agrees to share, in the app and on your profile page. Your voice notes and demonstrations remain yours; the singer may keep and replay them.",

"text": "Be kind and professional. No off-platform payments, no harassment, no medical claims, and nothing that breaks the community guidelines.",
